Shamrotts Rottweilers is co-owned by Michelle Richman and Mark Gatehouse. Our home is in the heart of somerset, a lovely scenic village with great hikes up the gorge through woodlands and the fantastic walk around the reservoir. We show our dogs only as a hobbie and do so when we have time, we have had some success at both Open and Championship level, 'Paddy' ( Bluegold Bluewave for Shamrotts ) got his J.W when he was 16 months old, 'Bella' ( Gouldryck Adalwentz for Shamrotts ) got her stud book number at 21 months and Riley ( Pretohawk Murphy's Law for Shamrotts ) got his J.W at 14 months and has recently got his show certificate of merit, these awards enable all 3 to compete at crufts for life and were achieved on their 'OWN' merits, showing is very expensive and competitive, so for us to of accomplished this has made us extremely proud of our dogs. We now have 2 new home bred additions to our team 'logan' ( shamrotts busta rymes ) and 'halle' (shamrotts Ms dynamite ). Halle and logan have now both won their stud book numbers making them cruft qualified for life. Shamrotts is a member of the Kennel Clubs Assured Breeder Scheme. On the odd occasion that we do have a litter we are very particular as to who owns one of our puppies as the rottweiler is'nt a dog for just anyone, all prospective new owners are vetted.
